The TRIUMPH Company Group was founded in 1994. The basic specialisation of the group was legal outsourcing. As a result of both mergers and natural growth, the group has evolved into its modern-day structure and appearance.

In 2004, TRIUMPH-AV was formed for the purpose of consolidating the group's expertise and coordinating its activities, together with the general management of the group. An international company
With a growing interest by Russian entrepreneurs in matters associated with promotion outside of Russia, it became necessary for TRIUMPH to establish subsidiaries in a number of European countries. Incorporating companies from Russia, Germany and Finland, with further subsidiaries in Germany, Switzerland and Italy, this growth inevitably led to a re-branding of TRIUMPH-AV as the group's managing company. Nowadays, it is known as TRIUMPH-PITG.
